Pricing, stated plainly
Founding membership — $499per month
Unlimited requests with up to three active management hours included each month. Additional time is $95/hour only with your approval. Vendor work is paid directly by you, with a disclosed 12.5% Ivywood management fee.
The first 10 households lock this rate for 12 months, work directly with the founders and have the $750 home setup fee waived.

Do you do the work yourselves?
No. We source and coordinate appropriately qualified, insured trades, and we document the work through completion. You approve the scope and normally hire and pay the vendor directly.
What areas do you serve?
Aurora and King City to start.
Is there a contract?
Founding households begin with a 90-day pilot commitment. After that, membership continues month to month with 30 days’ notice to cancel.
How fast do you respond?
We acknowledge requests within the same business day and prioritize urgent damage-prevention issues. Trade arrival times depend on the vendor and the nature of the work.
Are there hidden contractor commissions?
No. You see and approve vendor costs, normally pay the vendor directly, and Ivywood’s 12.5% management fee is stated separately.

We’re two local founders who live here. We got tired of watching neighbours burn weekends chasing contractors, so we built the service we wanted for our own homes.
