What we collect
When you request a founding conversation, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, area, connection to the home, number of vendors you coordinate, household-management priorities, preferred consultation time and anything else you choose to add. We also collect campaign information from the link you used to reach our site. If you answer the optional pricing question, we collect that answer too.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, determine whether Ivywood serves your area and needs, understand what local homeowners need and improve our service. If you separately opt in to marketing, we may send occasional Ivywood updates. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the website and lead process, subject to their privacy terms.
Website measurement
With your permission, we may use Meta Pixel, Google Analytics or privacy-focused analytics to understand visits, button clicks, form progress and whether advertising produced a completed request. These providers may receive information about your visit under their own privacy terms. Non-essential measurement tools are not loaded when you decline them.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond, assess membership fit, meet legal obligations and maintain a reasonable business record. You may ask us to delete information that we no longer need.
Your choice
You can decline measurement cookies, avoid opting into marketing, and unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. To change your measurement choice, use the “Privacy choices” link in the footer.
